Previous Gigs Tuesday 25th March 2008 The Escape Bar, Coventry
Well, glad we dressed up smart, as this venue is mega swanky. We hadn't been before, but I have to say it's an excellent venue. Brilliant sound, decent stage and staff who fed us free beer. The Way played a longer set than usual, Chris's eyes nearly popped out hitting the notes in Jacuzzi, but for those that came to watch, it went down a treat. Monday 3rd March 2008 The Dog & Trumpet, Coventry
The Warwick University Punk-Soc put on a night of eclectic rock, punk and hardcore, with various bands such as 'Middle Ginger Salute' popping up on the bill. The Way played and went down really well to a new crowd, and so the Punk-Soc are now honorary WAY-STERS. (DESPITE THE WAY NOT BEING PUNK) Saturday 1st March 2008 The Lord Raglan, Coventry
The Lord Raglan surprised The Way by being one of the best local music venues they have played at. Small, but with an absolutely incredible atmosphere, The Way played to a packed-our room who loved every minute of it. With Men In Caves, and The Allies playing the same night, this turned out to be a brilliant event. Saturday 16th February 2008 The Dog & Trumpet, Coventry
The Dog and Trumpet saw lead singer, Chris, start his rock 'n' roll days, and so it was always going to be fun to play there. This night was loud with a great sound and atmosphere. Lovely bloke, Mike, from the Coventry rehearsal rooms "Pick 'n' Sticks" decided to throw a night for top Coventry bands at an elusive club in Spon Street.
